Her expertise in UXR and strategy has helped optimize products and drive innovation at tech giants like Google, Meta, and Indeed. At Google, she leads a team of researchers uncovering the needs of network engineers to improve their workflows. In one recent project, she led stakeholders to prioritize accessibility, ensuring a new tool would be more usable and drive efficiency for all target users.

​In market research, Lisa spearheaded a global team of analysts to develop a quantitative product that became a key tool for Fortune 500 companies in competitive intelligence and benchmarking. This product delivered vital insights that empowered executives to make strategic decisions on market expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Lisa is based in the idyllic coastal town of Aptos, west of Silicon Valley. She enjoys local beach strolls, adding to her growing sea glass collection while soaking up the California sunshine. 🍓​

Helen is never at a loss for questions to ask. As a mixed-methods Ph.D. researcher with a background in social psychology, marketing, and digital media production, Helen has shown a knack for creative problem-solving across tech, entertainment, government, healthcare, and education sectors.

Her just-in-time insights have helped clients like TikTok and Meta capitalize on their strongest bets and save over $25M to date on 0-to-1 initiatives, while driving user growth and retention. Her projects steered early executive decision-making on policy and shaped verticals that entice young adult users and international markets, while her recommendations for product strategy continue to be used today.

Her deep commitment to understanding users has boosted engagement, creation, and other core metrics for top entertainment giants. Helen works at the intersection of user-centric design, business strategy, and community-building, inspiring collaborations and knowledge-sharing in the organizations she serves.
 

As a recent Seattle transplant, Helen wonders how she ever lived without mountains, lakes, and perpetual green. Her guilty pleasures include buying journals (that she doesn’t write in) and planning which far-flung destination to visit next. 🥝
